Q1. I’m not sure about the size and fit of the frames!
A1. At John Jacobs, we offer glasses in 3 sizes – small, medium, and large.
Approximately 80-90% of our customers find a medium size frame to be the best fit.
Q2. How can I understand the exact size and dimensions for short listed frames?
A2. Every product page in its product description has a SIZE attribute.
Example: Size 51-19-145
The numbers reflect the SIZE MEASUREMENTS in millimeters (mm).
THE FIRST NUMBER (ex.51) = the width of the lenses (lens size)
THE SECOND NUMBER (ex.19) = the distance between the lenses (nose gap)
THE THIRD NUMBER (ex.145) = the length of the temple arm including the portion going behind the ear; the temple.
Q3. What if I buy glasses & they don’t fit me? What if the lenses aren’t right?
A3. Don’t worry! It is our responsibility to get the perfect pair of glasses. In the rare circumstance that your glasses don’t fit properly, we make it extremely easy for you to exchange or return the frames, with lenses. If you face any difficulty, just write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have a 14 day, return policy and provide option of exchange.
Q4. Will John Jacobs be able to make my prescription/power?
A4. At John Jacobs, we stock all powers – simple and complex. The unique robotic technology used in our lab ensures that the most complex powers are fitted perfectly, ensuring 100% error-free glasses.

Q5. Where do I submit my eye power details?
A5. You have the option to submit your power details after you complete your purchase online, on the CHECK OUT PAGE. Kindly enter the correct prescription on the link shared with you.
---- We will also send the same prescription link to you via email after placing the order on your registered email address.
---- We also offer other options to provide your prescription to us – email us email@example.com or write to us on JohnJacobsEyewear.com along with your order number.

Q6. I don’t have my prescription handy. Is it important to give it right away?
A6. It’s ok if you don’t have your prescription handy while placing the order. Simply place the order for the frame and provide your power using the links provided in the email that we send you, post order completion.
It’s that simple! Or feel free to email us, or update via phone call.
Q7. I don’t know what my prescription is, can John Jacobs help?
A7. All our stores have an eye testing facility, wherein the eye examination is carried out by our Optometrist.
Q8. How can I be sure of the quality of the frames?
A8. Quality is at the core of John Jacobs products. Our Acetate frames are made from the best quality acetate and our metal frames are made only from steel or titanium – this makes our glasses corrosion and breakage resistant. We also offer a 1 year warranty on all our glasses – in case you have any issues, call us, and we’ll make sure it gets resolved!
Q9. What lenses will you use? Do you give anti glare lenses?
A9. All our lenses are with Premium Anti Glare coating. We believe that is required and mandatory for each and every person. Apart from that, our lenses come with various features such as Shatter Resistance, Scratch Resistance, Water repellent and UV protection. The lenses also have a 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
Q10. How many days will they take to make my eyeglasses?
A10. We promise to deliver your purchases to you as quickly as possible. We dispatch your order within ~5-7 days of order confirmation (and receipt of your prescription, if needed), based on the products ordered. It takes 2-5 days to get delivered to you post-dispatch, based on your location.
Q11. I don’t like what I have purchased! What is your return policy?

Q12. How can I track the status of my order?
A12. We will send an email to confirm your product has been dispatched from our warehouse, post production and quality check. Post that, your pair of glasses will be delivered in 2-5 days.

A13. Yes! We ship all over the world.*
